What the seven pages show

  • Every page opens on the longer bill. All seven show yearly prices first, and YouCanBookMe goes further and opens on "Billed 2 Years". Switch to monthly and every number goes up, by up to 26% on Doodle.
  • Most tools charge per person. Calendly, Cal.com, Doodle, SavvyCal and zcal price each seat or user. Acuity charges by the account and counts calendars instead: 1, up to 6, or up to 36.
  • Two pages name the same enterprise floor. Calendly says "Starts at $15k" a year and Doodle says "Starts at USD 15k". The others ask you to talk to sales, or have no enterprise plan.
  • Free means different things. zcal leads with its free plan, "99% of zcal's features are Free Forever". Cal.com is free for one person. Acuity and SavvyCal show no free plan at all, and offer a trial or a refund instead.

Compare the yearly prices with each other, never with a monthly price you saw somewhere else. The page decides which number you see first.
