Terms of Service

Last updated 24 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stravue, a service operated by Owen Fisher (“Stravue”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Stravue.

What Stravue does

Stravue captures public web pages as clean, full-page screenshots. You give it a website and what you’re looking for; it opens the real pages in a real browser and records each screen as it appears. You can then crop, pin and annotate those screenshots and export them as a deck. Stravue is a tool to help you gather and present what public websites show. It is not user research, market research, or legal or professional advice.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

Payment

Stravue is a paid service. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your billing page, and it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. A single report is a one-off purchase. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Refunds

There is a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for a plan. If Stravue is not what you expected, email support@stravue.com within 7 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and it ends the subscription, so access stops at that point.

After the first 7 days, and on any renewal, payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. None of this affects any rights you have under consumer law.

Acceptable use

You may only use Stravue to capture pages you are allowed to view, and only for lawful purposes. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for how you use what Stravue captures.

No warranty

Stravue is provided on a best-effort basis. Some websites block automated visits, and a capture can fail or be incomplete for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that any particular site can be captured, that a capture is complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. The service is provided “as is”.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Stravue is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using Stravue and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where reasonable, let account holders know. Continuing to use Stravue after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email support@stravue.com.
